Microsoft Clarity. We may use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors interact with our website. Clarity collects data through first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies, including behavioral metrics, heatmaps (showing where visitors click, scroll, and hover), and session replays (recordings of how visitors move through the website). This data is used for site optimization, fraud and security monitoring, and service improvement. Microsoft Clarity automatically masks sensitive content, including all text entered into form fields. AI Assistants and Automated Tools. FL Fence & Screen may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools and automated systems to help operate our website, handle inquiries, and respond to visitors. This may include an AI chat assistant on the website, AI-assisted email responses, AI-generated or AI-enhanced content where noted, and automated systems that handle contact form submissions and route inquiries to the right person. When you interact with an AI assistant, you will typically be informed that you are chatting with an AI rather than a human. AI assistants are software systems and may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate information.
