However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel who have agreed to maintain its confidentiality.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Tracking Technologies We Use

We use the following tools to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve our services. Each tool is operated by a third party, and the data those third parties collect is governed by their own privacy policies.

Google Tag Manager (GTM). We use Google Tag Manager, a tag management system provided by Google LLC, to deploy and manage tracking tags and scripts on our website. GTM itself does not collect personal information, but it loads and manages other tracking tools (such as Google Analytics and behavioral analytics) that do collect data. The tools loaded through GTM are listed individually in this section along with their own disclosures. You can learn more about GTM at tagmanager.google.com.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on page, referral sources, approximate geographic location, device type, and browser type. This data is aggregated and used to improve the website. Google may use this data subject to its own privacy terms. You can learn more about how Google collects and processes data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Microsoft Clarity. We may use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors interact with our website. Clarity collects data through first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies, including behavioral metrics, heatmaps (showing where visitors click, scroll, and hover), and session replays (recordings of how visitors move through the website). This data is used for site optimization, fraud and security monitoring, and service improvement. Microsoft Clarity automatically masks sensitive content, including all text entered into form fields. Personal information you type into contact forms is never recorded. For more information, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

AI Assistants and Automated Tools. FL Fence & Screen may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools and automated systems to help operate our website, handle inquiries, and respond to visitors. This may include an AI chat assistant on the website, AI-assisted email responses, AI-generated or AI-enhanced content where noted, and automated systems that handle contact form submissions and route inquiries to the right person. When you interact with an AI assistant, you will typically be informed that you are chatting with an AI rather than a human. AI assistants are software systems and may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate information. If you prefer to speak with a person at any time, email us at contact@flfenceandscreen.com or call (386) 286-3262. Conversations with our AI assistants may be logged and reviewed for quality assurance, training, and improvement purposes. We do not sell these conversations to third parties.
